CANCELLATION POLICY:

We realize that, on rare occasions, you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please contact our office at (303) 484-1232 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel and reschedule your appointment. A fee of $40 may be charged if you fail to do so.

Please arrive five to ten minutes early to review any paperwork and payment policies.
