Justin Dudley PT, DPT, SCS- Doctor of Physical Therapy
Justin Dudley founded Cascade Sports Injury Prevention and Physical Therapy LLC in 2011 to address the growing need to protect against non-contact injuries while maximizing the athlete’s opportunity to participate in the sports they love. Justin grew up in Bellingham, Washington, earned a BS degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser Univesity in Vancouver, British Columbia and then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver. Justin brings extensive sports experience to Cascade Sports. Justin was a 2-time NAIA Soccer All-American in college and was set to play professionally when an injury forced him to switch his focus to coaching. He has coached at the youth, collegiate, and semi-professional levels.
Justin works with athletes of all ages and abilities from adolescent to professional. He feels the best coaches are weakness managers and enjoys helping athletes address their individual weaknesses, whether post-operative or non-operative, to return not only to their prior level of function but to return as a better athlete than previous.
Justin is Board Certified in Sports Physical Therapy. He is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. In addition to time in clinic, Justin is a guest lecturer for both Regis University and University of Colorado Physical Therapy Programs, as well as a lead instructor for Complete Athlete Continuing Education (CACE).
Justin is the proud father of two boys and in his free time, he continues to play soccer, is an avid skier and hiker and enjoys spending time with his family.
